About Us

Unlike a lot of my fellow candidates, I did not grow up in this beautiful county. I am originally from Buffalo Grove, IL, where I graduated high school and attended a nearby community college in Palatine. I have lived in Shelbyville for four and half years because I love this place. The natural beauty of Lake Shelbyville and the surrounding area pulled me in, as it has so many others.

I have frequently attended city council and county board meetings since moving to Shelby County. I have watched the way citizens have been treated when voicing their concerns, and I wanted to get involved. I promise to treat every citizen, regardless of if they live in my district or not, with the utmost respect and dignity. Whether you've lived here your whole life like many of my fellow candidates, or made Shelby County your home later in life, you deserve to be heard.
